Delivery and Returns


Delivery

UK Delivery:

There is a flat rate shipping charge of £3.99 for all orders. We currently only ship within the UK and use Royal Mail. Providing your items are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 2pm, however please allow between 3 - 5 working days for delivery. If you would like your order delivered quicker then please contact us as soon as you've placed your order and we'll provide you with a quote based on the cost of postage from the courier (this will be dependant on size and weight and a surcharge may be applicable). 

Christmas update:

We are trying to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, within 1-3 working days. *The Royal Mail are experiencing delays at the moment of up to 10 days, so please note that we cannot guarantee any orders placed now will arrive in time for Christmas.* If you would like your items sent direct to the recipient just leave us a message in the comments box and we can gift wrap it and include a personalised message for you.

We are currently only shipping to the UK and have a flat rate delivery charge of £3.99. Parcels are not sent tracked to keep the postage cost down for customers. If you require tracking please let us know as there will be an additonal charge for this. Face mask deliveries will be sent at £1.99.

 

 

 

Click and Collect:

If you would like to collect your order from our Boutique in Cardiff Bay, you can do so free of charge. Please select 'Pick up' at check out and we will have your order ready waiting for you. You can check our 'Click and Collect' opening times on our website or social media pages.

 

Returns

We hope you will love your purchase, however in the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged or faulty, or if you would like to return it, you must contact us within 3 working days of receiving the parcel by email to info@zia-boutique.co.uk. The item(s) then needs to be returned to us within 14 working days in their original condition and packaging to the address below:

Once you have contacted us, we will send you a return slip which must be included in the parcel. We also advise that you obtain a Certificate of Posting just in case the parcel fails to reach us. Alternatively, you can return the item(s) back to our Boutique in person.

Please note we will not cover the return cost of postage unless the item(s) are faulty/damaged in transit.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange the following items unless they are faulty:

- Hats and Hair Accessories (unless the packaging remains sealed and unopened)

- Cosmetics

- Earrings

- Face Masks

Amending or Cancelling your Order:

If you wish to amend or cancel your order before it's dispatched, please contact us straight away as we can't do this once the order has been sent out.
